REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY


Effective Date: February 9, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Digital Girl Solutions services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

1. Service Payments
Digital Girl Solutions provides time-based and coverage-based services. Because service capacity is reserved and work begins during the service period, payments are generally non-refundable once the service period begins.

2. Monthly Services and Retainers
- Monthly services are billed in advance unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Once a monthly service period starts, that month’s payment is not refundable.

3. Cancellation
To cancel ongoing monthly support, you must provide written notice by email to rekea@digitalgirlsolutions.com.

Unless your agreement states a different timeline, cancellation requires at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. If notice is provided after that window, your cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle.

4. Pauses
If you need to pause service, email rekea@digitalgirlsolutions.com. Pauses are not guaranteed and depend on capacity, scheduling, and scope.

5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us first so we can resolve it. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services until the issue is resolved.

6. Exceptions
If Digital Girl Solutions is unable to provide services due to our own operational failure (not caused by lack of access, missing assets, or delayed client responses), we may offer a partial credit at our discretion.
